What is KRAGX ?

KRAGX Platform.
KRAGX perpetual contract solves the problem by introducing an auto market maker which can be considered as a smart contract providing market building services according to a predefined market maker strategy. Both long and short traders can acquire positions by trading against the AMM. AMM pricing provides continuous depth for market creation and adjusts prices according to market demand.
We put AMM’s fair price into the formula and got a fair Mark Price and Funding Rate. This design allows calculation of the funding rate for KRAGX to be carried out completely on-chain. On the other hand, other smart contracts can gain a perpetual position by trading against AMM, thus offering the possibility to build a perpetual contract structured product.
We consider AMM to be the essential kernel of the KRAGX perpetual contract.
However, off-chain order book liquidity is still superior to AMM liquidity most of the time due to the current performance of the public blockchain. Therefore, we have also introduced an off-chain order book to provide better liquidity. But there is no direct relationship between the off-chain order book and AMM, and we do not calculate the funding rate from the order book. Requests for trades in the off-chain order book are passed to AMM via arbitrage, thereby changing AMM’s fair price and indirectly affecting funding levels.
